- Bugs inside a plugin's own code We can roll it back or replace it, but only its developer can rewrite it.
What if it takes more than two hours?
Most fixes take less. If yours needs more, we stop, tell you what we found, and quote the rest before doing any more work. Nothing extra is charged without your OK. If the problem turns out to be a bigger project, we will say so and quote it as a project.

What does the $199 cover?
One fix, up to two hours of work: finding the cause, a backup first, the fix, testing, and a short note on what we did. Most fixes take less than two hours.
What if my fix takes more than two hours?
We stop, tell you what we found, and quote the rest before doing any more work. Nothing extra is charged without your OK. If it turns out to be a bigger project, we quote it as a project.
How fast will you fix my site?
If you reach us by 2pm ET on a business day, we fix it the same day. After 2pm, it is fixed the next business day. If your site is completely down after 2pm, call us and we can put the team on it.
What if you can't fix it?
Then we refund your money. Every fix also carries a 30-day guarantee: if the same problem comes back within 30 days, we fix it again at no charge.
When do I pay?
In advance. You can pay $199 online when you send your request, or we send you a payment link once we have looked at the problem. If we can't fix it, you get your money back.
My site was hacked. Is that a one-time fix?
A hacked site needs a full cleanup rather than a single fix. Our Emergency Clean Up is $249 and includes a 30-day re-clean guarantee.
Do I need a monthly plan?
No. A one-time fix stands on its own. If you would rather stop things from breaking, our Gold plan is $119 a month and includes fixes when an update breaks something.
What do you need from me?
Your website address, what is going wrong, and admin access to the site. We take a backup before we change anything.
