What a one-off fix includes

We find the cause, not just the symptom, so the same thing does not break again next week.

• Finding the cause, not just hiding the symptom
• The fix itself, up to two hours of work

• A short, plain-English note on what we did

How it works

1. Tell us what’s broken. Use the form on our WordPress help page or call 678-995-5169. Tell us what you see and what changed right before it broke. We will need your website address and admin access.
2. We fix it. Reach us by 2pm ET on a business day and we fix it the same day. After 2pm, it is fixed the next business day.
3. We show you. We test the site and send you a short note on what was wrong and what we did.

Good to know

• Need more than two hours? We stop and quote the rest first. Nothing extra is charged without your OK.
• Money back if we can’t fix it. If the same problem comes back within 30 days, we fix it again at no charge.
• Not included: hacked sites (our $249 Emergency Clean Up), new features and redesigns, and bugs inside a plugin’s own code (we can roll it back or replace it, but only its developer can rewrite it).
• On a care plan? Fixes when an update breaks something are included on every plan.
