Monthly Maintenance Reporting

You should be receiving your maintenance report on the 1st or 2nd day of the month. If you haven't gotten any reports please check your spam folder first, as sometimes they end up in there.

If you are not finding any maintenance reports please open a ticket using the "Open Ticket" button above.

Monthly SEO Reporting

For those of you on our mid or top tier plans, you should be receiving your monthly SEO report by the 15th of each month. If you ever want to go over that report please use the "Open Ticket" button above to request a time. We want to be sure that you are able to understand the report and to make changes based on the report.

For those of you interested in seeing what the report looks like please use the "Open Ticket" button above as we offer a 1 time SEO report for your website so you can see what you would be able to track on a monthly basis.

Monthly Billing

Your billing date is based on your initial sign up date. We have 2 billing systems based on how you signed up. If you signed up via this website you will manage your account using the buttons above.
